My name is Valerie Davidson and I am the NSERC/RIM Chair for Women in Science and Engineering - Ontario (CWSE-ON). My team works to increase the participation of women of all ages in science and engineering.
I am a professional engineer and a professor in the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph. I manage and conduct research on food and biological engineering.
