Go ENG Girl is an exciting opportunity for Grade 7-10 girls across Ontario to visit their local university to learn about the wonderful world of Engineering – A Caring Profession.

Participants can look forward to hands-on activities, informative parents' sessions and engineering student exhibits. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about engineering studies and careers from women professionals, academics and students.

Sign in begins at 9:30 am in the MacKinnon lobby (across from the McLaughlin Library main entrance).

Go ENG Girl at the University of Guelph is a free event and lunch is provided.

Call for Participation Now Open

The Ontario Celebration of Women in Computing (ONCWIC), organized by the Women in the School of Computing (WiSC) at Queen’s University, and is the first conference of its type to be held in Canada.

Organizers are encouraging female computer science students at all levels of study (undergraduate and graduate students), faculty, as well as professionals from Ontario to actively participate in ONCWIC 2010.
